New Patients at The Chiropractic Connection
Your First Visit
When you walk into our office you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome. Once your intake paperwork is complete you’ll meet with Dr. Hoang for a consultation session and thorough examination. You can download, print, and complete your new patient forms before your first appointment if you’d prefer, as well.
During your consultation we’ll discuss the following:
- Your health history
- Your current issues
- Your health goals
The initial examination helps us to evaluate your current condition. If necessary, we’ll take X-rays on our digital X-ray system. An adjustment is offered on the first visit. Allow around one hour for your first visit.
Follow-Up Visits
Your second appointment will be scheduled within a week of your first visit. Dr. Hoang will report the findings from your examination. Based on your health goals and your current condition, she presents you with the best options of care for you. Your follow-up visits generally take around 30 minutes to an hour.
